		Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
			- Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) ~30-40mg daily (preferably ~30mg).
				- Currently a monotherapy.
				- Relaxation and focus.
				- Reduces reliance on stimulants that do not target ADD.

			- Potential adjunctive treatment: Armodafinil 150-250mg 2-3 days a
				week.
				- Reduce long-term tolerance and reliance on amphetamines?
				- Can use for longer "drug holidays"?

			- Nicotine (Nicotine pouches) 4mg < daily too much.

			- Caffeine (Coffee) 170mg < daily too much.

		Essential Amino-acids
			- Lysine ~1500mg daily.

			- Glycine ~10g daily (4600mg from Mag-BisGlycinate + 5000mg from Glycine)
